30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on non-personalized, non-custom items within 30 days after you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom and Personalized Items
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested products are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review all custom order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at sales@roadtriptees.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, once approved, and place a separate order for the new item.

Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Final sale items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase when applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
